This update brings major new AI capabilities and a smoother user experience across the board. Here’s what’s new in 1.15.1:
🧠 Create Spaces & Tasks with AI
No more manual data entry. With this release, you can:
- Generate spaces directly from floor plans or site documents using AI
- Create tasks from contract content – AI reads documents and generates all needed tasks with accurate scheduling
- Assign project-wide areas, automatically inherited by all tasks, speeding up project setup
🧰 Workflow & UI Enhancements
We’ve made working on desktop easier and smarter:
- A two-column layout gives more room for tools and content
- Sub-navigation is now in a dedicated sidebar
- Address input now uses Google Places for more precise site locations
- Project and contract views now include editable contract value and hourly billing rate
- Area and quantity data for each site is easier to manage and updated automatically if AI detects them
✅ Fixes & Refinements
- Translation bugs related to AI-generated content resolved
- Theme color issues corrected across the app
- Obsolete financial tracking view removed (a better one is coming)
- Staff and user listings under site view cleaned up
- Removed incorrect ‘extra work’ flag when reporting blockers
