Home View #
The Home View is the first screen after logging in. It gives you a quick overview of your day and shortcuts to the most important features.
1. Helper links #
Quick access buttons to different sections of the app:
- Worksites – see your active and archived worksites.
- Project calendar – view upcoming shifts and projects in a calendar view.
- Tasks – check your tasks, both upcoming and completed.
2. New version #
Information about the latest app version and update notes. Always check here if something looks different after an update.
3. Workhour #
Shows your working time status:
- If you are clocked in or out.
- Alerts if you forgot to log out.
- Buttons for logging in, break, and logging out (inside worksite view).
4. Destinations today #
Lists all worksites assigned to you for the current day. If no sites are assigned, this section will say “No work sites.”
5. Tasks today #
Shows all tasks assigned for the current day. You can open a task to see details and mark it as completed.
6. Top bar #
Icons at the top of the screen:
- Search – quickly find information across the app.
- Knowledge base / guide – access documentation.
- Messages – see all notifications and chats.
- Profile picture – access your profile and settings.
7. Navigation bar #
The bottom menu of the app:
- Home – return to the Home View.
- Add (+) – create a new task
- Menu – access all other sections of the app.
Worksites #
1. Overview
The Overview shows the total number of active worksites.
- You can quickly see how many sites are assigned to you.
- Notes may also be displayed here.
2. Worksites list
- Tap Worksites to see a list of your sites.
- Switch between Active ones and Archived.
- Use the search bar to quickly find a site.
- Each site entry shows the name and location.

3. Single worksite view
When you open a worksite, several tabs are available for detailed information.
1. Home
- Shows the site overview: name, address, and map.
- Here you can also check in, start a break, and check out.
- Your working time status is updated automatically.
2. Spaces
- Each space is listed by its name or number (e.g., room or floor).
- Red notification badges indicate the number of tasks or notes linked to that space.
- Tap a space to view all related tasks, instructions, or notes.
3. Tasks (on worksite)
The Tasks tab shows all the tasks you need to do at this worksite.
- At the top you see a status chart – this tells you how many tasks are open, in progress, blocked, or finished.
- Below the chart, tasks are divided into sections:
Today – everything you are supposed to do today.
Open – tasks waiting to be started.
On hold – paused tasks.
Archived – finished or closed tasks. - Each task card shows:
Task name and short description.
Pictures or attachments (if added).
Who the task is assigned to.
- The Tasks tab displays all tasks linked to this worksite. Tasks may include deadlines, descriptions, and instructions.

- When you open a task, you can update its status:
Start working – press this when you begin the task.
Blocked – use this if you cannot continue (for example, missing tools or materials).
Ready – press this when the task is completed. Take a photo or video if required before marking it ready.
By pressing “Start working” you can begin the task.
You don’t need to attach a photo – just press the checkmark (✓) to confirm.

By pressing “Mark task ready” you can complete the task.
A photo or video must be attached before marking it as ready.

If you want to return the task to the starting state, press “Change status to working”. Otherwise, no further action is needed after you have marked the task as ready.
4. Attachments
- All files related to the project: drawings, instructions, documents.
- Tap a file to view or download it.
Project calender #
The Project calendar shows all your upcoming shifts and worksites in a clear list.
- Each entry shows:
- The worksite name.
- The address of the worksite.
- The start and end time of your shift.
- The calendar is ordered by date.
- Scroll down to see your schedule for the coming days.

Tasks #
The Tasks section shows all tasks assigned to you across worksites.
Here you can follow the progress, see deadlines, and update the status of your work.

You can view your tasks in four different ways:
1. Overview – a quick summary of all tasks.
2. At destinations – tasks grouped by worksite
3. LIVE – real-time view of tasks at a selected site.
4. Task list – a detailed list of all tasks with categories.
1. Overview
- Shows a quick summary of all tasks.
- Divided into categories: Open, Working, and Blocked.
- Use this to see how many tasks you currently have in each status.
2. At destinations
- Displays all tasks grouped by worksites.
- For each worksite, you see the number of tasks that are open, expected, or in progress.
- Tap a worksite to view its full task list.
3. LIVE
- In the LIVE tab you must first select a worksite.
- After selecting, you see all tasks from that worksite in real time.
- Tasks are divided into categories:
- Open – waiting to be started.
- Working – currently in progress.
- Expect – upcoming tasks that are scheduled but not yet started.
- Ready – tasks that are finished.
- Each task card may include a title, description, and media (photos/videos).
4. Task list
- A detailed list of all tasks.
- At the top you see a status chart showing how tasks are divided: open, working, blocked, repairs, ready.
- Below the chart, tasks are grouped into:
- Today – tasks planned for today.
- Open – tasks waiting to be started.
- On hold – paused tasks.

Archive – finished or closed tasks.
New Version #
The New version section shows information about the latest app update.
- Here you see the current version number of the app.
- Sometimes there are short update notes telling what has changed.
- If something in the app looks different, always check this section first to see if there has been an update.
Workhour #
The Workhour section becomes visible when you enter a specific worksite.
Here you can:
- Clock in (In) when you arrive.
- Start a break (Break) when you pause work.
- Clock out (Out) when you finish your shift.
If you forget to log out, the system will show an alert.
Destinations today #
This section shows the worksites you are scheduled to visit today.
- Each worksite card displays the address and your working hours for that site.
- By tapping a worksite, you go directly to its details (map, tasks, spaces, etc.).
- If there are no worksites assigned for today, the section will display “No work sites”.
This helps you quickly see where you need to be and when.
⚠️ Note: If you don’t see all your expected worksites in Destinations today, you can always check under Worksites → Active worksites to make sure everything is up to date.
Tasks today #
This section shows all the tasks assigned to you for the current day, across worksites.
- Each task card shows the title, description, and deadline.
- Tasks may also include attachments or photos added by your supervisor.
- By tapping a task, you can open it for details and update the status (Start working, Blocked, Ready).
- Completed tasks will disappear from this list once marked as ready.
⚠️ Note: Always check the Tasks tab inside each worksite to see the full list of tasks for that location.
