Work Force allocation is a helpful feature that allows you to see planned employee location and availability for each day and each worksite.

All active worksites are listed automatically and all allocated employees are displayed at location for the selected day. You can see available employees by clicking on the buddy icon on each worksite, and also on the sidebar on desktop devices simply by dragging and dropping emplyees on top of selected worksites.

The allocation tool also shows distance information between worksite and employee home, if employees have their addresses saved on their information.

Allocating employees #

When you allocate an employee to a worksite, you can easily choose the project and tasks from the project and task list, set the duration in days as well as start and end times, add information for you and the employee in writing if you want and choose equipment needed for the shift. Employees will be notified immediately upon allocation and this information is also visible in their own work calendar as well as in the work shift planning view.
