Time sheets

The application allows employee time sheets and tracking working hours.

Employees can sign in, sign out and take breaks and this automatically calculates working hours. Signing in and out of work is integrated to GPS tracking, so you will see where employees signed in and out from. The GPS tracking is off during unpaid breaks.

You can see employee time sheets and handle them under the Work Force > Working hours tab.

Accepting time sheets #

You can view all time sheets from your employees in one place and manage one or more records with a simple tool.

Transferring accepted working hours to payroll and book-keeping applications #

If your organization account is integrated with the payroll software your organization uses, you can easily transfer these records automatically to that software.

If you have accepted time sheets but not yet transferred them to payroll, you will see them under the Export to accounting tab and transfer them easily one or more record at a time.

Requesting customer acceptance #

If you need customer approval for employee time sheets, you can easily choose one of multiple time sheet records and ask your customer to electronically view and accept them.
