On mobile devices click on the + icon at the bottom of your screen to start creating new tasks.

The default way of creating new tasks is based on AI. You can see that the AI tab is active above site selection. If you wish to create a task manually, click on the Manual task.

Creating tasks with AI #

Choose the site first, for which you want to create tasks. This is mandatory as all tasks are created under sites.

Then you can either create tasks be recording a video and verbally explaining one or more tasks that need to be done. Or you can just write the text without recording a video. In both cases, the built-in AI feature will review your input and automatically find every single task as independent tasks from the input. The AI feature can recognize employees and spaces by their names as well as deadlines and time reservations for each task.

If you record a video, the system will take a few seconds to extract the audio track from the video and show the transcription on the text area.

Hint: The Only suggest directly found tasks toggle makes sure that the AI sticks directly to tasks you’ve described. If switched off, it can generate additional tasks such as preparation or planning tasks.

Once you see the text on the text area, or when you are done with writing the description, click Find and create tasks button. It will take the application a few seconds to process the input and once completed, you will receive a list of tasks as cards that you can remove and modify before creating the selected tasks.

Clicking on any task generated by AI, you can modify the details for each one.

Once you are happy with the task list, click Create tasks button and you are done. If you selected employees for a task, they will be notified automatically.

Creating a manual task #

If you want to create tasks manually, you can create only one task at a time, but multiple versions of it if you want.

Fill in the form and click Save to create a manual task.

For repetitive tasks, you can set Repeat parameters, which creates a separate tasks during the repetition schedule.
