  • We already use ERP, why do we need this?

    That is great to hear, your company is already using software to boost productivity, among other benefits. Urakka.app does not compete but rather compliments your existing software setup. With most of the top-level tools, such as an ERP, you have tools for the “big picture”, but many lack the grass-roots level tools to make every working hour count. That is what Urakka.app is focused on: providing the tools for the actual work in field circumstances to make sure your top-level goals are reached.

  • Do I need to install something?

    Urakka.app doesn’t require installation, updates or maintenance. It is a cloud-based solution that is always up-to-date. The app updates automatically.

  • Who is it for?

    Urakka.app is a all-inclusive solution for the whole work chain. The user interface adapts to the user role: you can sign in as an employee, a manager, a supervisor, an administrator as well as a visitor, customer or third-party contributor based on your needs.

  • Is there a free-tier or a free test period?

    New to Urakka.app? Ask our sales for a test run. We’d love to help your business setup with Urakka.app and start benefiting from all the modern ways or working.

  • Is it expensive?

    The great thing about modern apps is that you get a ton of value for a small price, no development or setup fees and most importantly no additional cost from consulting and support. Our pricing is as simple as it gets: pay for the licenses you need, on a monthly basis, and that’s it.

Technical

  • Does it work on desktop or laptop computer as well?

    Yes. Urakka.app can be used in desktop or laptop computer via browser. We highly recommend that active users download the native app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store to ensure the best possible user experience.

  • Does it work offline?

    With the native app, all basic features work offline. You wont be able to upload new images or videos but they will be stored on the app and uploaded once you are connected again. Real-time communication, AI-features and other network-dependant integrated services do not work offline.

  • Can I integrate it with my other systems?

    We are working on launching a brand new Urakka.app API that allows seamless integration between any third party system. So yes, you can integrate it.

  • What requirements are there for the mobile device?

    As the application takes use of modern technologies, such as location services, real-time communication, real-time content updates, camera for videos and images and voice for speech commands, there are some requirements on the device. It works on all modern Android and iOS devices.
